Vendor orientations will be held on September 9, 14, and 15 from 6:30–7:30 PM.
Stop by to ask questions before festival season begins and pick up or drop off any required paperwork!

VENDOR SCHEDULES
Vendors participating throughout the entire festival season will receive their complete placement schedule by September 15, 2026. Any schedule changes or important updates will be emailed the evening before the affected festival date and posted on this page.
CONTRACT & RULES AT A GLANCE
This is a quick overview only. All vendors are responsible for reading, signing, and following the complete 2026 Fall Festival Vendor Contract.
Festival dates: September 19–20, September 26–27, October 3–4, October 10–11, October 17–18, and October 24–25.
Date confirmation: All committed dates must be confirmed by September 12, 2026.
Vendor fee: Vendors pay 10% of their total sales from each event day.
Attendance deposit: A $10 refundable attendance deposit is required with registration. To pay online, select Shop on our website, then choose Vendor Deposit. The deposit will be refunded when all attendance requirements are met.
Payment methods: Daily vendor fees may be paid by cash, Venmo, the online payment link (which includes a processing surcharge), or check.
Daily payment envelope: Cash and checks must be placed inside the provided envelope and turned in before leaving each event day. Do not mail checks.
Cancellations: Notify Burnham Orchards as soon as possible if an emergency prevents you from attending. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the attendance deposit and could affect future participation.
Schedule and placement: Vendor locations are assigned by Burnham Orchards and may vary by date. Vendors may not move or exchange spaces without approval.
Cleanup: Vendors must keep their spaces clean throughout the day and remove all merchandise, equipment, and trash before leaving.
Approved products: Vendors may only sell the products approved with their applications. Any new or additional products require advance approval.
Licenses and permits: Vendors are responsible for obtaining any licenses, permits, insurance, or health-department approvals required for their businesses.
